A passion to bring you the best in Irish golf is the driving force behind Tailor-Made Golf Tours. In particular we promote golf at courses where the international spotlight has not yet fallen and which we consider to be the epitomy of 'hidden gems'.

Ireland offers scenery, hospitality, relaxation and above all a golf experience to remember forever. Choosing your golf courses is the hardest task you face, we combine the golf with accommodation and transport arrangement tailor-made to your requirements. Tailor-Made Golf Tours is owned and operated by three dedicated golfers. We have played (almost) every course in Ireland and have been to every town. Our golf knowledge and our knowledge of Ireland is unsurpassed.

The established visitor courses command high volumes of visitors, high green-fee rates and high demand for tee-times that require booking months to a year beforehand. Visitor frustration is evident at the unavailability and high price of the well known courses. Tailor-Made Golf Tours recognises this and has embarked on a mission to alert the world to the superb golf available at courses such as Connemara, Carne, Enniscrone and Ballyliffin.

These great golf courses offer the best value for money golf available. Nearly all have been designed by internationally recognised golf architects from the ages: Old Tom Morris, James Braid, Harry Colt, Christy O'Connor Jnr. and Pat Ruddy. The best of them all is surely Eddie Hackett - and a visit to Connemara, Enniscrone and Carne will tell you why.

Of course we understand the desire to play the famous courses and we continue to offer these courses on our itineraries. Combining a visit to one or more 'undiscovered' courses with play on the famous courses is an ideal way to begin our mission as it offers a direct comparison between the established and the up and coming golf courses.
